Recruitment business is profitable business. For every single big B Company, at least 10 recruitment agencies exist. Unlike other business, there is no need of technical skills. Any graduation and +2 candidates are eligible to work as recruiter. Only you need to have excellent communication and convincing skills in English and other language of your country and state. Recruitment process outsourcing is the cheapest and profitable business compared to other field. Recruitment business in metropolitan cities works better than other towns and undeveloped cities.
